§ 9047. Jurisdiction of the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions

The Association is under the jurisdiction and subject to the powers of the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, with regard to the businesses under the Office of the Commissioner’s duties to supervise and oversee, as established in §§ 2001 et seq. of Title 7, known as the “Financial Institutions Commissioner’s Office Act”.
