The Department of Labor and Human Resources is reorganized on the basis of the following operational components:
(a) The Right to Employment Administration.
(b) Corps of Volunteers at the Service of Puerto Rico.
(c) Programs in effect in the Department.
(d) The Council for Occupational Development and Human Resources.
(e) Vocational Rehabilitation Administration.
