Rule 3.2. Actions involving real property

Actions involving the title to real property or any right or interest in such property shall be filed in the part corresponding to that in which the subject of the action, or part thereof, without prejudice to the general rules on jurisdiction and removal established in Rules 3.1 and 3.5.
