§ 5180. Rights of creditors after termination of bankruptcy

Should there be no express stipulation to the contrary between the debtor and the creditors, the latter shall preserve their rights, after the termination of the bankruptcy, to collect from the property which the debtor may subsequently acquire that part of their credits not received.
