§ 5063. Enjoyment of real property by debtor

The debtor cannot recover the enjoyment of the real property without previously paying in full what he owes to his creditor.

But the latter, in order to free himself from the obligations imposed on him by § 5062 of this title, may always compel the debtor to reenter upon the enjoyment of the estate, unless there be an agreement to the contrary.
