The interested parties to which the preceding section refers shall have the right to ask from the District Judge or from the part of the Court of First Instance having jurisdiction that proper orders be made in order to avoid a feigned delivery or to avoid the setting up of the claim that the issue is born alive when in reality it is not.
The District Judge, or the part of the Court of First Instance in the proper case, shall take care that the measures which they adopt shall not offend modesty nor infringe the liberty of the widow.
