§ 2155. Books and folios—Registration book; extract of document presented; contents

A brief extract of the document presented shall be entered in the registration book or information system, and its text must succinctly contain the requirements set forth in § 2308 of this title. The most convenient format for the clarity and brevity of the entries shall be determined by regulations.

The Registrar shall insert a note signed or electronically coded by him on each recorded document that states the date, property number, folio, volume, and the entry made, and a succinct statement of the encumbrances and liens on the property as stated in the Registry.
