§ 2053. Registrars—-Requirements

To be appointed registrar, is shall be indispensable to meet the following requirements:

First.— To have been admitted to the practice of the legal and notary professions by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.

Second.— To have been practicing the legal and notary professions for seven (7) years, as well as having good standing. The previous experience as Property Registrar shall be validated for the requirements of title and experience as notary.
