An abstract of a judgment rendered by the District Court of the United States for Puerto Rico may be entered in the registry of property in any district, in the same manner provided by §§ 1801-1813 of this title for the judgments of the Commonwealth courts of Puerto Rico, upon the certificate of the clerk of such United States Court, and the entry of such abstract shall have the same force and effect as that of a judgment in a Commonwealth court; and credits or satisfaction of such judgment may be noted in the margin of the registry of property in the manner provided by §§ 1801-1813 of this title for the noting of credits or satisfaction of judgments of Commonwealth courts.
