The Chair of the Board shall appoint, with the approval thereof, the Administrative Director of the Board. This official shall discharge specific functions, as determined and delegated by the Board and its Chair, and shall oversee the implementation of the established administrative and operational policies. The Administrative Director shall serve in this office at the will of the Chair of the Board.
