The party affected by any determination or resolution issued by the Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs may request reconsideration thereof within the terms established in § 2165 of Title 3, part of the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act.
The determination or resolution of the Secretary may be reviewed through certiorari within the terms established in §§ 2171 et seq. of Title 3, part of the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act.
