The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs is hereby empowered to impose administrative fines of not less than five hundred dollars ($500), nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each violation of the provisions in § 2082 of this title, pursuant to §§ 341 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Organic Act of the Department of Consumer Affairs”.
