§ 1536. Observance of laws

An agent must observe the provisions of the laws and regulations with regard to the transaction which has been intrusted to him, and shall be liable for the result of their violation or omission. If he acts under the express order of the principal, the liabilities which may arise shall be incurred by both conjointly.
