The Department of Consumer Affairs shall be the agency responsible for overseeing compliance with this chapter. Within one hundred and twenty (120) days following the approval of this act, the Department shall promulgate and approve regulations on the requirements of form, size and other specifications of the sign referred to in § 486 of this title.
