(a) To discharge the corresponding powers, duties, and responsibilities as member of the Board of Election Comptrollers described in § 622c of this title, and any others, as provided in another law that is not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) To serve as Acting Election Comptroller in the event of absence or temporary disability, death, resignation, or removal of the Election Comptroller, until the Election Comptroller resumes office or his/her substitute is appointed and takes office.
(c) To inspect and follow up on, without it being understood that he/she is supervising, projects as determined by the Board of Election Comptrollers to report about the progress thereof at the Board meetings.
(d) To address in conjunction with the Comptroller any matters referred to the Board of Election Comptrollers as established in this chapter, or any other matter referred to his/her consideration by the Election Comptroller.
(e) To continuously evaluate the regulations, manuals, and instructions of the Office of the Election Comptroller to make the pertinent recommendations at the meetings of the Board of Election Comptrollers.
(f) To discharge any other power or duty delegated by the Election Comptroller that is consistent with his/her responsibilities and the purposes of the Office.
