(a) The Wednesday before Holy Week of every year is hereby declared as the “Official Fisherman’s Day” of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; it is also provided that the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico shall arrange for said day to coincide with the traditional celebration of the Fishing Industry Week.
(b) The Department of Agriculture is hereby authorized to adopt the measures needed to achieve the objectives of this section by organizing and celebrating the activities to commemorate the Official Fisherman’s Day of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as part of the Fishing Industry Week.
