(a) To declare the second week of the month of February of each year, and Wednesday of said week, as “Counselor’s Week” and “Counselor’s Day”, respectively.
(b) The Department of Education shall adopt the necessary measures to comply with the purposes of this section, through the organization and celebration of activities to be held during Counselor’s Week, and Counselor’s Day.
