(a) The third week of the month of November shall be commemorated as the “Historical Archives Week” throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
The Governor, by proclamation, shall each year exhort all the people of Puerto Rico to visit the historical archives of the island and carry out educational activities to highlight the importance of their function.
(b) The “Historical Archivist’s Day” shall be observed on the Friday of the “Historical Archives Week”.
