(a) The 18th day of April of each year is hereby declared as the “Renowned Puerto Rican Statesmen’s Day”.
(b) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, in coordination with the pertinent government or private bodies, shall organize the commemorative ceremonies each year which will permit the adequate celebration of such an important date.
(c) The Department of Education is hereby directed to make plans so that the biographies and accomplishments of all the Puerto Rican Statesmen are exalted in all the schools of the Public Education System of Puerto Rico, in coordination with the private schools of the country.
