(a) The Friday of the week during which School Lunchroom week is celebrated, is hereby declared as the School Lunchroom Employee Day.
(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall promulgate the day on which a tribute of sympathy and admiration shall be rendered to the School Lunchroom employees, and shall recommend the celebration of appropriate activities.
