The first week of the month of July of each year shall be commemorated as the “Municipal Legislator’s Week” throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
The Governor, through a proclamation, shall annually exhort the Puerto Rican people during that week to pay a tribute of admiration to all the municipal legislators of Puerto Rico in just recognition of their meritorious work.
