The third week of the month of May of each year shall be commemorated as the “Accountant Week” throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
The Governor shall, by proclamation, annually exhort the Puerto Rican people to pay homage of admiration to all the accountants of Puerto Rico for their valuable contribution to the progress of the Island.
