§ 54a. Proceeding

The procedures to apply for the approval of a draft (in case there is a variation in the permit application), for a construction permit and an installation permit for a sign or advertisement, shall be carried out in one unified and uniform proceeding, provided that the rights for each procedure are paid on the filing date.

The petitioner of a permit for a sign or advertisement shall submit one (1) set of supporting documents for his/her application, even though the issuance of the permit involves the approval of a draft, a construction permit and an installation permit.

Each permit application for a sign or advertisement shall have an identification number, and shall be kept as an independent file, even though the approval of the permit includes numerous stages and the payment of several rights.
