§ 533h. Administrative Director—Duties and powers

The Administrative Director shall be appointed by the Committee and shall have all the duties and responsibilities delegated to him/her by the Committee. The Director shall ensure compliance with the System’s administrative and operational policy set forth by the Committee, as well as with the Protocol’s policy.
