§ 442. Duties, term of office, and removal—Secretaries of district court

The term of office of secretary of the District Court shall be for four (4) years; but he shall be subject to removal at any time by the Chief Justice for cause shown. The duties of secretary of the District Court shall be identical with the duties of the secretaries of the Court of First Instance, the same as defined in §§ 392—398 of this title.
