§ 73k. Judiciary Evaluation Commission—Evaluations; reports

After having analyzed all of the compiled information, the Commission shall remit a communication to the evaluated judge stating the preliminary findings and inviting him/her to attend a meeting where he/she shall have the opportunity to present his/her viewpoints.

The Commission shall subsequently write an evaluation report for each judge submitted to evaluation, in which it shall state its conclusions and shall specify the deficient and outstanding areas, recommend the areas that need to be developed and state any other conclusion or observation it deems pertinent regarding the judge thus evaluated.

Copies of the report shall be remitted to the evaluated judge, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Administrative Director of the Office of Courts Administration and the Governor upon his request, in those cases of renomination or promotion.
