The judiciary endeavor shall be evaluated based on the following criteria: integrity and good repute, intellectual integrity, academic competence, professional skills, analytical capacity, experience, performance, dedication, temperament, calling for public service, interest in pursuing a judiciary career, and administrative work, for judges who have been assigned formal administrative functions.
