Rule 7. Officers and employees of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico summoned to the courts

If the witness or juror is an officer or employee of the Government of Puerto Rico, he shall be entitled to per diems and mileage according to Regulation No. 37 enacted by the Secretary of the Treasury.
