Rule 6. Members of the Police of Puerto Rico

If the witness is a member of the Police of Puerto Rico, the court’s clerk will deliver an appearance certificate (Form OAT-805) to him, which will serve as voucher to the agent to claim payment of traveling expenses and per diems from the Police.
