§ 162. Loans on products and agricultural implements—Fees

The Court of First Instance shall charge the following fees: For acknowledgment of certificate, forty cents ($0.40); for conducting the sale at public auction until the final adjudication thereof, three dollars ($3). These fees shall be distributed between the judge, the clerk and the marshal (alguacil).
