Any person who is guilty of a subsequent violation of the provisions of this chapter or of the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for a term of not more than fifteen (15) days, or by both penalties at the discretion of the court.
