§ 956. 4-H Clubs—Powers of Commission

The Commission for the Promotion of 4-H Clubs created by §§ 953—957 of this title shall have power:

(a) To administer the Fund for the Promotion of 4-H Clubs in Puerto Rico hereby created.

(b) To cooperate with the members of 4-H Clubs duly constituted under the direction of the Agricultural Extension Service of the College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts of the University of Puerto Rico, in the promotion and development of said 4-H Clubs. It shall be the duty of said Commission to offer the 4-H Clubs duly organized by the said Agricultural Extension Service, all the aid necessary so that they may function properly.
