§ 789. Regulation of antigen and vaccine—Report of sales

Any natural or juridical person, importing, manufacturing or dealing in Brucella abortus antigen and/or brucellosis (Bang’s disease or contagious abortion) vaccine in Puerto Rico, whether or not said person is a vendor thereof, shall, within the first five (5) days of each month, render to the Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico a statement showing the sales made during the month in question, and the stocks of Brucella abortus antigen and/or brucellosis (Bang’s disease or contagious abortion) vaccine on hand at the close of the last day of the preceding month. Said statement shall also include full details regarding the source of such Brucella abortus antigen and/or such brucellosis (Bang’s disease or contagious abortion) vaccine and the expiration dates of said products.
