§ 788. Regulation of antigen and vaccine—Registration of dealers

Any natural or juridical person, importing, manufacturing or dealing in Brucella abortus antigen and/or brucellosis (Bang’s disease or contagious abortion) vaccine in Puerto Rico, whether or not said person is a vendor thereof, shall register his name or the firm name, with the Department of Health of Puerto Rico.
