The Board shall contract and establish the salary, terms, and working conditions of an Executive Director, who shall have all those powers the Board delegates to him/her regarding the administration of the Permanent Olympic Trust Fund. The Executive Director, with the consent of and subject to the norms established by the Board, shall contract and establish the terms and working conditions of the additional personnel the Olympic Trust may need. No member of the Board may hold office as Executive Director or belong to the work force of the Permanent Fund. Personnel-related costs and expenses shall be covered by the Olympic Trust.
