§ 1155. Board of Trustees—Meetings

The President of COPUR shall convoke and direct the first meeting of the Board. Said meeting, which shall be a special meeting, shall be held within fifteen (15) days following the approval of this act. Provided, That the President of COPUR and the other four (4) ex-officio Board members shall designate the remaining six (6) trustees who meet the conditions established in these §§ 1151 et seq. of this title, through the vote of at least four (4) of the five (5) ex-officio members. Each of the six (6) trustees designated by the ex-officio Board members shall serve for a term of three (3) years. The initial term for the first trustees shall be determined at random: two (2) members shall be designated for one (1) year; two (2) members, for two (2) years; and three (3) members, for three (3) years. After the first designation of the six (6) trustee members of the Board, all trustees shall have the same rights, duties, faculties, and prerogatives.
