§ 127d. Securities and objects; seizure

Any securities and objects offered in sale or for their distribution in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 111—127e of this title shall be seized in favor of the Commonwealth Government, being claimable in trial, through a claim filed or a procedure initiated by the Secretary of Justice or any prosecutor, on behalf of the People of Puerto Rico. Upon filing the claim, the seizure of the goods or objects mentioned in the claim shall be ordered, and the procedure established by the Uniform Seizure Act shall be followed.
