§ 127. Penalties

Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 111—127e of this title, or of regulations promulgated for the enforcement thereof, shall incur a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not more than sixty (60) days, or both penalties in the discretion of the court.

Recidivists shall be punished by imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than four (4) months nor more than six (6) months, in the discretion of the court.

This section shall not apply to the provisions in § 123 of this title.
