(a) The Fire Station of the Municipality of Aguas Buenas is hereby designated as the José del Carmen “Pinky” Nieves-Rivera, Fire Station.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture is hereby relieved from the designating function as conferred by law.
