The special incentives that the National Parks Company shall grant to those employees who comply with the parameters consigned in § 525 of this title are the following:
(a) The total liquidation of accrued annual sick and vacation leave.
(b) A medical plan for six (6) months [following] the effective date of their retirement or the equivalent in cash, provided that said payment shall not exceed the employer contribution for the medical plan agreed to in the Collective Bargaining Agreement of the National Parks Company.
(c) A special bonus of two thousand dollars ($2,000).
