The church-schools shall not operate unless they have, or are in the process of getting, in good faith, the permits issued by the Puerto Rico Firefighters Department, the Permit Management Office, and the Department of Health. They shall also obtain public liability insurance. All these documents shall be publicly displayed in the director’s office of the church-school.
