The Board shall appoint an education committee whose duties include:
(1) To prepare a work plan according to the educational policy established by the Board, comprising:
(a) To fill the needs of the directing bodies.
(b) To provide cooperative education for employees.
(c) To provide cooperative information to the community.
(2) To issue a report to the annual members’ meeting.
