If the request for admission is denied by the Board of Directors, the applicant shall have the right to request a review of the decision. If the Board reaffirms the negative decision, and the applicant believes it to be contravenes the act or its clauses, he/she can file a review request before the Supervision Committee. If the Supervision Committee ratifies the Board’s decision, the decision shall be final. Otherwise, the matter must be brought to the consideration of the following assembly of members, which shall decide in this respect.
