§ 1723. Requirements for admission

The Board of Directors cannot deny admission as a member to any person for reason of race, religion, social condition or political affiliation. The Board may deny admission to people who, in its understanding, do not comply with the established requirements, or who do not contribute toward attaining the objectives and purposes of the cooperative.
