The agencies [on] which this chapter imposes responsibilities shall render an annual integrated report to the Legislature and the Governor on its financial situation, progress, projections and achievements related to the implementation process of this chapter. [The] Assistant Secretary shall coordinate the preparation of the annual integrated report.
