§ 1166d. Appropriation of funds

The Office of Management and Budget is hereby directed to make an annual appropriation of funds for the operation of the 100x35 Music Program: Puerto Rico Orchestras and Youth and Children’s Choirs System. The annual appropriation of funds for the operation of the 100x35 Music Program: Puerto Rico Orchestras and Youth and Children’s Choirs System shall be made separate from the appropriation of funds received by the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music Corporation for its operation. As an initial appropriation for Fiscal Year 2012-2013, the Office of Management and Budget (OGP, Spanish acronym) shall transfer the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) to the 100x35 Music Program: Puerto Rico Orchestras and Youth and Children’s Choirs System, unless any other entity of the Government of Puerto Rico provides for its financing. As for the classification of funds, OGP is hereby directed to create a subsidiary structure for the program within the budget of the Conservatory to set aside and separate its funds from those appropriated to the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music Corporation.

The 100x35 Music Program: Puerto Rico Orchestras and Youth and Children’s Choirs System may receive contributions in cash, in kind, or real and personal property from private or public entities without limits of any type or nature.
