§ 949. Historical Archive—Penalties

Any person or persons unduly withdrawing one or more documents from the Archive, without proper written authorization, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisonment for not less than one year, or by both penalties.
