The guidelines, parameters, and specifications shall not prohibit the use of disinfectants, sanitizers, or disinfecting cleaning products, as well as of any antibacterial product under federal regulations, in accordance with the Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. Sec. 136 et seq.)
