§ 543. Acquisition of lands for agricultural instruction—Exemption of deeds and instruments from tax

The deeds or other instruments executed in favor of the Commonwealth in the purchase of lands and accessories thereof selected under the provisions of §§ 541—544 of this title, as well as copies of said documents issued for official use, shall be authorized by any notary public of Puerto Rico without the internal revenue stamps and the forensic fee of the Bar Association of Puerto Rico provided by §§ 851—858 and 2021 respectively, of Title 4, or by any other law.
