§ 542. Acquisition of lands for agricultural instruction—Land titles subject to approval of Secretary of Justice

Titles to the lands to be acquired under the provisions of §§ 541—544 of this title shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of Justice of Puerto Rico. The surveys and demarcation of said lands shall be made by the Division of Public Lands and Archives of the Department of Transportation and Public Works.
